It looks like I have the 32bit version of EOS utility and 64bit version of DPP 4 installed. I'm going to download 64 bit version of EOS 3 and try it. Will have to DL for EOS 5D as the 70D section on Canon Wevb site only shows EOS utility 2. DPP 4 supports 70D, hopefully EOS 3 does also. EOS, PowerShot and IXUS Camera Software and Apps.   • Select your model on the left side of this page. Once you arrive at the product support page follow these instructions.
  • Select the “Drivers & Downloads” tab
  • Select the “Software” tab
  • Find the “EOS Utility” and click the “SELECT” button
  • File description will open and click “I have read and Agree to terms…” message once you agree the download button will turn red and you will be able to click and download the utility
