Aug 15, 2015 Hey guys Daniel here! Today I will be showing you how to change the attack damage of any item. You can make a diamond sword do the same amount of damage as a wooden sword, make a stick deal double. Many turfgrass managers, gardeners and homeowners feel that the presence of moles is due to the presence of white grubs. Their first reaction is to apply a grub insecticide when mole activity begins in spring. While moles do feed on white grubs, grubs are not. Doing a forward slice with the Long Sword with 720 attack power does not mean you deal 720 each hit. Another variable to factor in is the Sharpness. The higher it is, the more damage you will dish out onto the wyvern. Hitting the monster on the legs does do some damage, but if its head takes the most damage. In addition to lower damage, weaker Sharpness colors causes some weapons to lose functionality. For example, at Orange Sharpness, the Gunlance's shells will deal less damage, the Switch Axe may bounce while in Sword mode, and the Dual Blades will not complete its full Blade Dance animation. I cant test white sharpness, want to know if the shells, wyrmstake and fire do more dmg or not. My GL is still blue with 5 handicraft. Can somebody See if his gunlance with wide 4 shells can get white sharpness and then test if a shell does more damage with white sharpness or not?

Today I am going to show you how to get custom damage on any item in minecraft to make you OP!
To get yourself a really OP diamond sword that kills any normal mob in one shot (and does 999999 damage!) with one command!:
/give @p minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[{Operation:0,UUIDLeast:1,UUIDMost:1,Amount:999999,AttributeName:generic.attackDamage,Name:Barrier}],display:{Name:”Insta-Kill”}}
You can edit this command to make it cooler. If you change the Amount:999999 number to a different number you will change the attack damage of the item to that number.
You can change the word in-between the speech marks in {Name:”Insta-Kill”}} to rename the item to whatever you like
You can change the item by going to the section that says minecraft:diamond_sword and change the name after the colon to any item. If the item has spaces in it’s name, then you will have to put an underscore where the space would usually be. Example: minecraft:iron_sword

Hey Guys to make the command work in 1.7 and up you have to get rid of the ' ' in the command. If you can't be bothered to go through the command to edit, just copy this.
